'Forensic Computing & Digital Evidence' Seminar Hosted at
the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Hogan Brown forensic specialists
were joined by leading members of the Northern legal community to
discuss advances in the use and abuse of IT in modern society.
Through case studies and demonstrations, the role of digital
forensics in today's law enforcement community was made clear.

MAN ADMITS MURDERING ANTHONY WALKER Paul Taylor (20) has
dramatically changed his plea
in the Liverpool Crown Court, just 24 hours after an initial plea of
Not Guilty was lodged. His co-defendant Michael Barton, 17,
(represented by Hogan Brown) pleaded not guilty to Anthony's murder
at Preston Crown Court on Monday.

CHARGES DROPPED - DEFENDANT FREE After two lengthy Crown
Court cases involving a Client charged with two separate counts of
murder and conspiracy to murder, the defendant has been acquitted of
all charges and released.

PAIR DENY ANTHONY WALKER MURDER Two men have
denied murdering Liverpool teenager Anthony Walker.
The 18-year-old died after he was attacked with an axe near
McGoldrick Park in Huyton, Merseyside, in July.
Michael Barton,
represented by Hogan Brown Solicitors, and Paul Taylor, are also
charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm to Anthony and
his cousin, Marcus Binns.
